Wouldn’t use anyone else! Carrie Qualters was fantastic, as was her team. We were relocating from MI, we knew nothing of the area. She was prepared before we ever arrived with an itinerary for us. My husband loved that we could walk into a home with Carrie and she could literally give him any fact about the home he asked for immediately. She also knew facts about schools, neighborhoods, etc. If we had questions after or doing the process, they were answered immediately and if she wasn’t readily available, a member of her team contacted us with what we needed. She has to be hands down the best negotiator we’ve met. She knew our budget, kept us in the price range and we still landed our favorite home. They went above and beyond. We would recommend Carrie and her team to anyone and plan to use them again when it’s time to sell.
